All programmes are:

  • Designed for Singapore-based organisations
  • Ground-based (no riding involved)
  • Facilitated by experienced practitioners
  • Conducted with well-cared-for, retired horses
  • Customised to your group size, seniority, and objectives

No prior horse experience required.

The Programmes we run

The Mirroring Workshop (For Leaders & Educators)

Best for: C-suite leaders, senior management, principals, department heads, teachers

Focus: Executive Presence and Self-Regulation

Why it works:
Horses respond to congruence. When a leader is unclear or tense, the horse disengages. When presence is calm and authentic, the horse responds willingly.

Outcomes organisations value:

  • Executive presence under pressure
  • Emotional self-regulation
  • Authentic authority
  • Clear, grounded communication

Common use cases: leadership off-sites, principal development, succession planning

The Stewardship Lab (For Teams & Off-Sites)

Best for: Hospitality teams, F&B leaders, corporate departments, cross-functional teams

What it is:
A shared Ritual of Care, where teams collectively groom, observe, and attend to a horse—guided by facilitators.

Why it works:
Care reveals behaviour. Hierarchies soften. Responsibility becomes shared.

Outcomes organisations value:

  • Stronger team cohesion
  • Psychological safety
  • Service mindset
  • Cross-role empathy

Common use cases: team resets, service culture reinforcement, post-restructuring healing

Relationship Over Transaction (For Sales & Service Teams)

Best for: Sales teams, client-facing professionals, hospitality and guest-experience teams

What it is:
Participants learn to read a horse’s subtle non-verbal cues—breathing, posture, hesitation—and reflect on how similar cues show up in clients and guests.

Why it works:
Great service is not scripted. It is sensed.

Outcomes organisations value:

  • Improved client intuition
  • Stronger rapport-building
  • Better handling of unspoken resistance
  • Long-term relationship focus
